What is the best workout routine to tone and build muscle?

I am 25 years old. 120lbs 5'5 and not over weight by any means. However, I feel like a have a little extra flab, and fat to tone up on the stomach and under my rib cage. I also want to lift my butt, tighten upper legs, tone upper arms. I have dumb bells and resistance bands. I just am looking for a good way to use them and what exercises to do to tone up. Like a particular set of exercises or a video link would be great. Thank you for your help :)

I have to write a poem of what might have happened if Anne Bradstreet had been an observer of Hester Prynne's public shame. There has to be a metaphor, simile and imagery. Hello Jesse, I agree with you. I'm a born again Christian, and I have the assurance of salvation because Jesus shed his blood for me. Oh yes, the Lord gave me a wild sense of humor. I have the privilege and honor of being a deacon of our church, and often my christian brothers and sisters feel happy that i'm not a long faced stick in the mud. Laughter has gotten me thru painful times in my life. Even in war, and I tell the folks in church this. When I give the Bible reading and comment, I always start out with clean humor that even draws laughter from the preacher, I also make fun of myself. I know God loves me, and he puts it in my heart when not to show humor also. So Jesse, use your humor for the glory of God. There's a time to laugh, and A time to cry. What should the ideal weight of someone 5'1 and a half be?

I'm currently 16, female, 5'1 and a half and i'm 99-102 pounds (my weight goes between these numbers). My measurements are 34-24-31. Is this okay? Or do i need to lose weight? Please no dumb answers, thanks! :)

Gosh, I am sick of questions like this. Just because you've had bad experiences with girls, doesn't mean all of us are bad. :\ I've had bad experiences with guys, but do you see me acting like every single one of them are the same? NO! I for one like a nice guy. Why the hell would I want a douche bag who doesn't even care about me? Seriously, maybe you should figure yourself out first.
