I've been getting headaches for the past four days?

Hmmm I am no doctor but It somewhat sounds as if it could possibly be an migraine..depending on if your pain is one sided..and you are sensitive light or sound...or smells...being that your head is hurting and that you feel like puking thats what made me think it was a migraine..but then again it could be from dehydration..idk ..but feel better soon
