HOW TO LOSE 15 POUNDS?

There's only 68 days left until my freshman school year starts, so only about 60 days until I go back-to-school shopping. I don't like exercise so I only walk an hour a day. I don't eat unhealthy, I've already sworn off red meat (which i don't even like), chips, most pizza, cookies, cake, brownies, those kinds of treats (and pastries), and all fried foods. So I'm happy about that. I don't snack a bunch, but I want a diet plan to help me lose 15 pounds. I'm 5'3". But, I'm 112 pounds. I really want to be 97. I'm not athletic and barely have any muscle, so it's all just fat sitting there. If you think about it, 15 pounds to lose isn't that much. If you have a great diet plan for me (somewhere between 750-1000 calories, 'cause a plain green salad is pretty low-cal!) then that'd be great, and you'd get 10 points! :)
